A: Our shown rates are for the entire villa, not per person.
Q: Do villa rental rates include welcome package, towels, linen, cleaning etc. or do we pay extra for these?
A: No you do not need to pay extra for these. Welcome packages, linen, towels cleaning are included in the price.

Q: How often is the villa cleaned?
A: The villa is cleaned pre-arrival and for 14 night durations a clean with linen change after 7 days
(unless otherwise stated).
Q: Is the pool cleaned regularly?
A: All pools are cleaned and maintained regularly.
Q: Will we need to take adapters?
A: Sockets in the villa will be 3 pin.But adapters are handy to take in case some items in the villa have 2 pin
which they often do.
Q: What extras are there to pay?
A: Air Conditioning is not included in the rental rate and you pay for this in Cyprus, per wall unit, per day.
Pool heating if applicable is paid here too.
Q: Can i see some testimonials from previous?

Q: What does the "VAT FREE " sign mean? Does it mean that i won't have to pay VAT for the property or does it mean that VAT is not included in the offered price?
A: This sign means that you won't have to pay VAT for the specified property.
Q: What extras will I need to pay if i buy a villa in Cyprus?
A: When you bought the property only one thing remains to be done. The transfer of title deeds. The tranfer fee of the title deeds is up to 5% of the payed villa's price.
Q: Are all your plots able to get building permission to build a house or a villa?
A: Building permission can be given to a plot only when road access to the plot exists. And yes, all of our plots have building permission.
Q: Do we have to pay VAT for the purchase of a plot?
A: No!
Q: Is the cost of water and electricity initial supply my obligation?
A: No, this is our obligation.
Q: Have all you plots the same developing factor?
A: No. There are plots of 10% or 25% or 40% or 60% or 90% developing factor. For example, if you buy a plot, size of 2000 m2 and its developing factor is 10%, then the maximum that can be build on it is 200 m2.

Q:Who is Thamipa Enterprises ltd?
A:We,Thamipa Enterprices ltd, are based in Cyprus and have been in the property business (rentals - sellings - constructions) from 1974. We are dealing mostly in west Cyprus that is Polis Chrysochous and surrounding villages. We are extremely knowledgeable and experienced and we have build a lot of properties ourselves. All of our properties are close to Afrodite Bay or they are facing the sea. Spectacular locations with stunning views ideal for residential or holiday homes.
Q: I find something strange! A lot of your pictures for villas for sale seem non-real. Is this some kind of scum?
A: Don't worry. Indeed, they look non-real because they actually aren't real! These are called artist impressions. They are images created in special programmes according to the plans of the houses and they show what the property will look like when it's finished!
